2007 (February) Site Visit to ITN America

Great Bay hosted a site visit at Kathy Freund's ITN America offices on February 27th. The discussion involved an in-depth look at the growing pains and joys ITN (Independent Transportation Network) has experienced over the last 10 years in which Kathy has established ITN's national presence.  Kathy has taken the original organization ITN (Portland, Maine) from her kitchen table office to a 7500 sq ft office space in a beautifully renovated old mill on the Presumpscot River. The business side of the transition has evolved so that original ITN Maine has become a satellite of ITN America. In addition to Portland, other ITN America satellites are in Charleston, S.C.; Orlando, FL; and Santa Monica, CA. More satellites are in development.
